Use the File
menu:
- Select the worksheet you wish to print.
- Select File on the menu toolbar.
- Select Print

- Select the worksheet you wish to print.
- Left-click the Print toolbar button:

- To print, press Ctrl + p .

Here, "Select" means Left-click.
Left-click means click once with the left-hand mouse button.

This toolbar button is on the Standard toolbar.

keys are listed next to the appropriate commands on the File menu.

To print a worksheet showing formulas as text instead of
results (i.e., enabling the reader to see the formulas you have written):
- Open the Tools menu, then choose Options.
Click the View tab. Under Window options,
click the Formulas checkbox. Click Ok to close the
dialog box.
- You may need to use File | Page
Setup to shift the printed page orientation to Landscape
mode (see the Page tab in that dialog box).
- You may need to force fit the spreadsheet to a single page
(see File | Page Setup).
- You can test your results before printing by using the Print
Preview command on the File menu.
