Sorting

1. Highlight the list you want to sort, beginning with the column titles in the first row.
2. Select the Data Sort menu.
3. Fill out the dialog box to deliver the sort you need.

To use the Sort toolbar icons:

1. Highlight the list you want to sort, beginning with the column titles in the first row.
2. Tab the cursor to the column heading by which you want to sort.
3. Click the Sort Ascending or Sort Descending icon.
