The objective of the Finance Immersion Program (FIP) is to help exceptional MBA students interested in finance careers prepare for internships and permanent employment after graduation. The program focuses on professional development, supplementing the development outcomes achieved in other areas of the student experience. Each year, approximately a dozen students are selected to participate in the FIP. The program takes a three-pronged approach to student development:
