My research, teaching, and consulting interests focus on strategic issues related with innovation and business and organizational transofrmation.

I am currently studying the impact of innovation on firms and responses of incumbent firms to such innovations. I have witnessed, contributed to and led innovation and organizational and business transformation across several roles in the corporate world. Extensive experience in this area led me to study these phenomena.
