Delivered first SAP 4.5 finance and accounting implementation for P&G. This implementation was a critical part of organizational and business transformation for P&G.
Doubled revenue/expense ratio for custodial services business at Citibank while transforming the business in a changing regulatory regime.
Developed strategic plan and cost savings portfolio for an Asia wide business services organization at P&G
Played a key leadership role in establishment of Asia shared service center for P&G.

Designed and led a re-engineering exercise for Citibank's financial control department.
