Basics
of Real Estate Development, RES7570a -- Fall 2001 Syllabus
This course -- co-taught with Paul Messina, VP Spaulding
& Slye -- introduces the basic concepts of real estate and the role
of the project manager. The course stresses market analysis, project design,
economic analysis, and project management. The impact of the developer
on the city and housing and commercial development issues are stressed.
Meets sis Monday evenings and one Saturday morning in the early Fall.

Estate Project Management, RES7571b -- Fall 2001 Syllabus
This course -- co-taught with Paul Messina, Real Estate
Consultant and former VP Spaulding & Slye -- extends the role
of the project manager to more complex projects. It focuses on a wide variety
of types of properties and considers the responsibilities of the developer
in shaping our built environment. Meets seven Monday evenings in
the late Fall.
