When you start-up MiniTab, it's defaults are set too small for the Chicago Fashipn/gurney file.  So you will need to do the following:

(I suggest you print this and do it step-by-step)

1.  Click on Edit
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Select General.
4. Click on Select
5. Enter size as 2 million -- 2000000 -- no commas
6. Click OK, OK
7. Go to File
8. Exit (not restart) MiniTab (Do not save session window)
9. Re-open MiniTab -- and it should show the new maximum file size
        Whew!!!!
