Session 4: Process Analysis preview

In this session we will review the Internet Orders assignment and begin our discussion of process analysis. We'll use a presentation to provide an overview of the ground we will cover when we discuss processes.

• PH2096.ppt provides copies of the slides as a PowerPoint file (n.b. 401k - if you are downloading over a modem, this may take a few minutes. There are 28 slides in the presentation).
• PH2096.zip has a compressed version of the presentation (33.1k). If you have WinZip or PKZip, you might consider downloading this one first. (If you don't have WinZip, you might consider downloading it off the Net at the earliest opportunity...).
