In this session we will engage in our first full discussion of the MAG Services case. MAG will provide an opportunity to discuss process analysis using a realistically complex example. We'll talk about using specializations to identify strategic problems and begin to explore dependency analysis as a way of identifying solutions to MAG's challenges
